i used to go to charing for all 7 years.
i still miss it and i'm almost 17 now.

Well done everyone at Charing for working hard during the Summer Term, with lots of sports challenges, fun at the zoo, new trampoline and basketball equipment to use. Looking forward to the new term, with a focus on reading with our kids.

I have 2 daughters at Charing School one in reception and one in year 2, I also have a son who is now in year 11 and went through Charing. I love the community of the school and feel that they have and are helping to provide lovely rounded individuals within my children. Keep up the fantastic work and I look forward to many happy years connected to the school.

Could anyone confirm my sighting today of a Buzzard on the School playing field? and possibly tell me what happened to it?

I really like Charing school. I am in Yr 4 and I like my teacher Mrs Rayner and my teaching assistants Mrs Meager and Mrs Say!

Our daughter starts in September and it is so reassuring to know that she is going to be learning in such a friendly and caring environment - one where we have already been made to feel so welcome by staff and children alike. We look forward to a long and happy relationship with the school.

I went to Charing Primary in the late 70s and both my children have been here, Kayley left two years ago and Tyler will be joining her at Swadelands in September, many happy memories and good times with the PTA.

Hi from Terrace B.C. I went to Charing Primary back in 1951 ouch ! That makes me, ah hem. Well never was good at math. Say hello to my Aunt Maggie (Sage) just down the street from the school. Then we moved to Hothfield, but I remember coming back to Charing to play football against Charing Primary. Only one name sticks in my mind, Colin Sheetwash (sp) who played for Charing. Happy to see the school is still hanging in there, I hear Hothfield School as gone. Bye for now John Roders.

I have two children at Charing Primary School and they are both extremely happy. Happiness is a good foundation for learning.

This was my school from about 1977. I loved it,the school dinners... Gypsy Tart.... what more can I say!

I was at Charing school between 1973 and 1977 (making me very old...). It was a happy place then and it looks like nothing has changed in 30 years...

I went to Charing Primary when i was young - i left in 1992 and will ALWAYS remember how great it was and how much i miss being at that school.

this is my final week at charing, and i am sad to leave. i will miss working with everyone but will hopefully see some of you in the future when i get my degree. good luck ,much love, thaks x

I have just found the site after being told some time ago that charing Primary had gone onlne. This is a fantastic move forward! Keep up the good work, it goes without saying that this school and its staff are dedicated in making the school a sucess and providing an excellent foundation for learning to all its pupils! bravo!

I like charing school.Everybody is kind and helpful in my class.

Teachers are fun because they give hard work and do sport with us. My favourite is football club.

I love this school because l like learning. Learning is fun here.

This is a lovely school to be at beause we can learn new things like buillding the Anderson Shelter.

I like doing clubs at Charing school because some are sporty.My favourite is Badminton.

It is nice to have friends. When we were new it was easy to make new friends.

I love being at Charing School. Everyone who visits us comments on the warm, friendly atmosphere. It's a very special place to work and I'm proud to be part of it.
